Open Positions
Design Engineer
Join our growing civil land development team and take on meaningful design work from day one. We want engineers eager to be challenged, to grow toward licensure, and to do work that matters.
- 3–5 years of civil engineering experience
- EIT certification preferred
- Experience with federal projects, aviation, or hydrology a plus
- Experience w/ AutoCAD Civil 3D
Senior Design Engineer
Take the lead on civil land development projects and help mentor the engineers around you. You'll own design work end to end, guide project direction, and help shape how we build.
- 5–7 years of civil engineering experience
- PE license preferred
- Experience with federal projects, aviation, or hydrology a plus
- Experience w/ AutoCAD Civil 3D
