Bashar Najar, P.E., LEED AP BD+C — (Co-Founder)
Bashar co-founded Najars Engineering in 2013 and serves as the firm's owner and principal engineer, leading all civil and structural design work. A UC San Diego graduate, licensed Professional Engineer, and LEED Accredited Professional, he previously held senior project management roles at WSP, BergerABAM, and Parsons — experience that informs the firm's standards for technical rigor and client service. Today he oversees Najars' project portfolio across public agency, military, and private development clients in Southern California.
Aiden Henry, P.E. (Senior Civil Design Engineer)
Aiden is a Senior Design Engineer at Najars Engineering, leading civil site development work across Southern California. A licensed Professional Engineer, his project experience spans stormwater BMP design, right-of-way and improvement plans, and site development for both public agency and private development clients. He focuses on the technical fundamentals — hydrology, BMP sizing, and grading — and on producing the clear documentation that keeps projects moving through agency review.
Katherine McInarnay (Civil Design Engineer)
