Introducing the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) at UC San Diego and the Divine Nine Plaza, a meaningful space dedicated to celebrating culture, leadership, and lifelong brotherhood and sisterhood. Representing the historically Black fraternities and sororities known collectively as the “Divine Nine,” the NPHC at UCSD fosters unity, service, and academic excellence within the campus community. The Divine Nine Plaza serves as a permanent landmark honoring the legacy, history, and contributions of these organizations, providing a place for reflection, education, and gathering. Thoughtfully designed to promote visibility and pride, the plaza stands as a testament to the impact of NPHC organizations on student life and beyond. Together, the NPHC at UCSD and the Divine Nine Plaza embody tradition, empowerment, and community, enriching the university through their enduring commitment to service and leadership.
